Purple Springtime Wedding for Diana & Bill

I’m a sucker for a full-floral bouquet. Make it springtime ephemerals like fritillaria, tulips, and hyacinth, and I’m in heaven. Here in Pittsburgh, April is often looked over for weddings because of the unpredictable weather. It could be 80 degrees, or it could snow. Heck- it could do both in the span of 48 hours! But boy, oh boy, the flowers in April sure are delightful.

Diana and Bill’s LeMont celebration was a wonderful example of an intimate wedding done right. Low but elegant centerpieces, lots of candlelight, and a focal floral installation that gave a wow factor. In this case, it was the six feet of dripping flowers on their head table. Backed by a stunning view the Pittsburgh Skyline, the whole picture was perfect.

Lastly, let’s not forget that Diana and Bill included their adorable pup, Lucy, in the photos! We had a blast creating a floral collar and leash for their fur baby. If you didn’t already know, we have a thing for dog flowers and Megan McGreevy didn’t miss a moment of puppy cuteness.

We love how the shades of purple in the bridesmaids dresses carried the entire color scheme. Oh! And look at that good girl Lucy in front. Heart eyes!
