Soft and Sweet Fall Wedding on the River

This year, so many couples have had to change plans. Change dates, change venues, change expectations. Annie and Tim were no exception. They did get to keep their venue, Riverfront Weddings, (thankfully!) but when their wedding was postponed from Spring to Fall due to COVID-19, they did have to alter their plans a bit. Sometimes, though, change is good! And the end result can be better than the original. This was the case, I believe, when we had the opportunity to flip Annie and Tim’s spring color palette of peach, butter yellows, and soft blues into a fall feeling. This couple was a dream to work with and so was their whole vendor team. I can’t wait to share the photos by Abbie Tyler Photography below!

With COVID restrictions in place, the couple reduced their guest list quite a bit. We created low, yet lush, centerpieces for their guest tables to bring intimacy to the large space and soaring heights at Riverfront Weddings in Pittsburgh. With fewer tables, however, the couple was able to make a few additions to their floral wish-list, including an stunning sweetheart table piece. The perfect statement!
