The third installment of our one venue two ways series is Fox Chapel Golf Club! This iconic Pittsburgh venue was originally opened in 1925 and has stood the test of time since then. The atrium and dining rooms have hosted many weddings over the years. This space is a lovely backdrop for many different wedding styles with its sky lights, archways, lush greenery, and stunning fountain. We are thrilled to share with you two of our favorite Fox Chapel Golf Club weddings that we had the honor to create!
The first of our two Fox Chapel Golf Club weddings is Kortney and Nick’s wedding. They wanted an elegant and romantic look featuring lots of greenery and flowers in shades of white, cream, and ivory. A mix of tall and low centerpieces create visual interest throughout the space and guide the eye to the statement fountain design in the center of the atrium. We may be a bit baised, but you can’t skip the fountain flowers at Fox Chapel Golf Club! Take a peek below at how we transformed this space for Kortney and Nick.
Kortney’s bouquet and her bridesmaids’ bouquets were so fun to create. The mix of eucalyptus varieties, with white Veronica and soft peonies and garden roses created a lovely array of textures and those anemone add just a touch of drama with their dark centers.
Just look at that fountain! Creating a focal statement design on the fountain anchors the reception space and creates that wow-factor for guests to enjoy as they enter and throughout the evening.
Gold is one of our favorite accent colors for this floral color palette. It adds a lovely touch of warmth while maintaining an elegant, romantic, and timeless look.
To frame the couple for their grand entrance, we added a garland of greenery with a few white, cream, and ivory accent blooms to the balcony railing overlooking the atrium. It’s details like this that make some of the most important wedding photos even more impactful!

Next up in Fox Chapel Golf Club Two Ways is Alyssa and Jeff’s wedding. They wanted a bit more of an organic feel with some fun pops of color mixed in. We had a blast adding in those pops of color to the atrium and dining room spaces. The combination of greenery varieties, classic blush, cream, and peach tones with the addition of burgundy and fuchsia perfectly fuse elegant and traditional with fun and modern.
Alyssa’s bouquet will always be one of our favorites! It was so fun to create. That Protea adds a fun and modern touch alongside the classic Darcy and Juliet garden roses. Each of the maids’ bouquets was unique, so each got something special. They still all work perfectly together and compliment Alyssa’s bouquet.
Low centerpieces down the long tables create lots of visual interest, while still allowing guests to easily chat across the table. Plus, lots of varied height candles add a touch of romance throughout the space.
Don’t forget about cocktail hour! In addition to these two centerpiece designs (left and right), we created sweet little cocktail table arrangements (center). They continue the event cohesion throughout the entire day. No detail has been left out!
And of course, we had to make one more argument for why you can’t skip the fountain flowers! This gorgeous statement piece was created with lots of eucalyptus, nagi, ruscus, smokebush, three different rose varieties, dahlias, and amaranthus.
