Talk about a couple with style! Shannon and Jay have an eye for color. Boy, did we have fun playing a part in bringing their palette and vision together. What was the concept for Shannon and Jay? As their 3 words that they felt described their dream day they listed “Industrial, Modern, and Romantic”. For their colors: ” Neutrals, White, Beige, Rose Pinks and Some Blue.” During the process, a little burgundy snuck it’s way in there too, which provided a tie-in to Shannon’s bridesmaids’ dresses.

Shannon and Jay said their vows and celebrated with friends and family at SLATE. This venue might just be the definition of Industrial Modern Romance in Pittsburgh. We had the pleasure of collaborating with EF Lighting to create a stunning suspended floral/light fixture that played a dual role. It set the stage for their ceremony and later provided a romantic setting for their sweetheart table.

We are happy to say that we get to see Shannon and Jay regularly when Jay surprises Shannon with flowers. We are grateful to get to continue to celebrate with this couple even more than a year after their wedding! Thank you for letting us be apart of your love story!
