One on one Intensives are for you if:

No matter where you are in your floral journey, Stephanie can customize a One on One Intensive workshop for you. Each workshop is held at her beautiful studio just outside of Pittsburgh and lasts 8 hours. You will receive hands-on instruction for 2-3 designs of your choosing (bouquet work, large-scale centerpieces, low centerpieces, or large floral installation). We also provide lunch and snacks on instruction day. During your time you can ask any questions you have about the floral business and logistics. Stephanie will cover the topics YOU want to learn most. You’ll have the opportunity to pick her brain about her experience and lessons learned during her 12+ years in business and over 20 years in the horticulture and floral industry. The goal is for this investment in YOU and your business to be specialized to your needs. No competing with others in class or workshop, no comparison, and no feeling too shy to ask the questions you really want to know to be successful. Just open, honest discussion about design and business.
Investment starts at $900/day + the flowers needed to complete your designs (varies based on your choosing).

Sometimes we just need some time to ask questions or hash out a situation with someone in the industry who understands and who has been there. Or you want to get started but simply don’t know how. Stephanie has a deep love and passion for this industry and has seen a lot in her 12+ years in business! She welcomes the opportunity to dive in and discuss the nitty-gritty, bounce ideas, or assess the numbers.
She offers 1 hour Virtual Mentoring sessions for $200.
