Office Manager/Inventory Manager

Part Time- 10-15 hrs per week (Mondays are required except holidays). Mix of on-site and remote if desired.

We are a modern-day flower shop seeking an office and inventory manager who is highly organized and enjoys creating systems to enhance productivity and workflow.  Schedule can be flexible but Mondays are required, dress is casual. The position does require some on-site time but many tasks can be completed from home.  Tasks to include (but not limited to):

Social Media and Marketing Manager

Part Time- 5-10 hrs per week. Mostly remote but attendance at major store events and some on-site content creation and planning meetings will be required. We are open to individuals for this position or a Social Media Marketing Agency.

We are a small company with big goals. And all of our content is pretty!

Do you have a knack for social media and love the challenge of ever-changing algorithms? Do you love thinking outside the box? Do you have an understanding of and a passion for marketing and communications? Do you like flowers?

Then this position could be a great fit for you!

The successful candidate should have or be working toward a degree in marketing and/or communications, experience with social media platforms, and be confident in their digital content creation. Knowledge of Canva is extremely helpful. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are a must. Flexible schedule and living local to Pittsburgh are requirements. We are located in the North Hills.
