Delivery Driver + Shop Assistant (same position)
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused delivery driver to join our floral team. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of beautiful floral arrangements, plants, and gifts to our customers. You must be able to handle delicate items with care, navigate efficient delivery routes, and provide exceptional customer service at every stop. The role involves driving in various weather and traffic conditions and may include work in the shop environment, which can involve a cold-storage area for flowers and work outside in all weather conditions.
Retail Flower Shop Manager
Our 15-year-old flower studio is opening second location and we are looking for a retail flower shop manager to foster growth, a team mentality, and a community-focused approach in our newest home. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales, design, ordering, and staffing to carry out daily retail floral arrangements. They will also be responsible for maintaining an orderly and tidy shop and cooler and fostering a positive team mentality in the shop. As the shop community holds many events per year, the retail manager will also be responsible for overseeing and participating in these events as a business.
